Maura is a writer and a very good one. She has over 30 years of writing commentary, has won 41 writing awards and has been a member of four editorial boards, including the New York Times. Before that, she was employed as a nurse’s aide, worked on an assembly line and helped run a 108-bed homeless shelter. Every job helped shape her writing career. After leaving The New York Times, she founded CaseyInk LLC to put her experience to work in a different way, helping executives, individuals, for-profits and non-profits alike with their communication needs.
Here's what she brings to the table: Listening skills. An ability to grasp the core of an issue, and write clear, convincing prose. Her reporting skills will add depth to any project. She’s written keynote speeches, served as a writing coach, edited countless pieces of writing and directed publicity campaigns.
